A four-stage leadership journey for ages 10 to 25. Every session teaches one skill, breaks it into three behaviours you can see, and practises them until they hold.
The same discipline runs through every stage of the journey. It is what makes progress visible to the young person, to their parents and to the school.
Each session is built around a single skill. Not a topic, not a lecture: one thing a young person can do by the end of it.
Every skill is broken into three behaviours that can be seen and scored. If it cannot be observed, we do not count it.
Most of each session is doing, not listening. Behaviours are practised, coached and practised again until they carry outside the room.
Every behaviour is scored on the same four-level scale, so progress is tracked session by session rather than guessed at the end.
Each track applies the previous foundation at a higher standard, in a harder context.
